On the 1st June I embarked on a challenge to run every day for 365 days. The minimum requirement would be a 30 min run and that would have to be posted within each 24 period. The Kingston Breakfast run was my 300th day and with only 65 days to go we’re getting nearer.
The Virgin London Marathon is just 4 weeks away now and I’m in the shape of my life having run for over 12 years now. 2013 will hopefully see me go sub 2.45 in the marathon. Something I’ve missed out on narrowly now around 5 times. Here’s the stats.

Average per week – 53.38 miles per week.
Number of runs – 403
Since June 1st have managed PBs at 1 mile, 10 miles, 13.1 miles, 16 miles, 20 miles and hopefully very soon the marathon.
