My three lifetime athletic goals include going sub 2.45 in the Marathon. I’ve tried and failed numerous times at London but 2013 I’m gonna pull it off. Here’s how.
Since 1st June 2012 I’ve run every day and that streak is now over 200 days. I’ve averaged 6.6 miles per day and haven’t missed a single day. To count towards the streak the run has to be at least 30 mins in duration.
Having put together this wonderful consistency I ramped up the mileage in September and October. Then in November ran a trail marathon in Richmond Park in 2.55. So everything is coming together nicely.
