About Me

My name is Roger Barr, I’m 34 years old and I live with my beautiful wife and 3 children in Hampton, London, UK. As a 12 year old I swum for local swim club Pioneer 79 in Accrington, as a 14-18 year old I cycled for North Lancs RC competing in Time Trials all around the North of England. I ran a few local 10k running races while I was at school but only really took up running in 2001 when I ran the London Marathon for the first time.

I run and own my own Digital Agency called Lion Digital and am also the technical director of Mediablaze a content agency with Paul Button and Tom Dunmore.
